日本でも気がつけばヨガがある風景は馴染みが出てきたと感じます。

　何でも開設2005年8月から数えて2008年1月14日にこの番組が Feedburner で数えて500万ダウンロード達成したとの事。途中からは毎週 5万ダウンロードされていたそうな。凄い。

　英語の勉強を兼ねてヨガも出来るこの番組。なかなか良いかもしれませんぞ。
